sleep=losing weight (^__^)

Yeah.. it is true.. and it does sound SIMPLE for me.

However, the explanation is rather not so simple after all. Click here if you want to read more. I've seen this one particular ad @ Hallmark channel, a dedication to the highly anticipated reality show (in my house at least), The Biggest Loser. The ad is really cool (can't find it in youtube tough!).

Here is what I found in youtube instead, which explain (in a very the simple way.. yay!) the fact that you can reduce weight by sleeping well, It is a matter of how your brain works actually, with the indication from this two famous hormone, Leptin & Ghrelin.





Well, our body does have its own biological clock. Allah does not design us, to have a goodnight sleep if He doesn't have a purpose. Therefore, for everyday routine, we need to have a good quality sleep, meaning, undistracted sleep.

That is indeed a SIMPLE way for me to get rid of some unwanted fats..
