Puding roti.. yummy~~



I'm craving it.. for like a month.. and yet, my works held me down. So, now that i have a nice Saturday morning and also the ingredients, wallaa! I successfully made one. YEAY!!

Meh, I share with you the recipe that I used..
(its what I found in the net & mix ngn apo je yg ado kat dpur)

Bahan-bahan:

-Bahan for the puding-
8 keping roti
500 ml susu cair
* 4 sudu besar butter
* 4 sudu besar gula
* 2 biji telur
* 1 sudu tepung kastard
* 1 sudu kecil esen vanila
* kismis secukup rasa

-Bahan for the kuah-
susu cair (dalam 300 ml pon cokop)
2 sudu besar gula
1 sudu besar tepung kastard
1 sudu kecil esen vanila

Cara-cara membuatnya:

1. Sapukan sedikit butter kat tepi loyang yang korang na guna
2. Susun cebisan roti ke dalam loyang smpai abis
3. Tuangkan susu ke dalam loyang
4. Biarkan roti terendam for 30 min
5. Gaul hingga sebati smua bahan-bahan bertanda * (start wiv butter & sugar, then eggs, then esen vanila & tpg kastard, last skali kismis )
6. Tuangkan adunan tadi on the surface of the roti dlm loyang. Ratakan
7. Bakar dalam oven, 180C for 30 min.

8. For kuah,panaskan semua bahan, dalam periuk dengan api yng sederhana until cook. Jgn terlalu lama smpai pekat. Make sure keep on stirring to avoid ketulan.

9. Serve when ready.. yummy~~



The freshly baked puding sungguh lazat nampaknye... it is so yummy.

Setakat ini, tukang-tukang makan sumua puji. Alhamdulillah~~ Give it a try girls..(and boys too). And do let me know if yours taste as sedap as mine ok..

Tips:
1. You can also use fresh milk instead of susu cair for the puding..
2. You will know that your puding is baked bile, korang cucuk ngan fork/tooth pick, and there is no kesan at the fork/tooth pick.
