Puding caramel..yummy..



Yummy.. so yummy sampai lupa na snap a pic of it. I managed to snap only this! :) 
Actually this is my 3rd time making it. And the yummiest!
It is so simple, even a non-cooker like me want to do it everyday! (Dang! This is one of the things that make me fat!) So, anyhow, let me share wiv you, the recipe ye..

Bahan-bahannya:
1 cawan gula + sedikit air (for caramel)
5 biji telur
3/4 cawan gula
1 tin susu cair 
1/4 cawan air
2 sudu tepung kastard
1 sudu esen vanila

Cara-cara membuatnya ye puan-puan:
1. Masakkan gula (for caramel) first. Well, you can directly cook the sugar dalam loyang yg akan digunakan bagi penyediaan puding nanti. Tambahkan sedikit air biler gula dah start keperangan. Dah siap, put aside ye.
2. Pukul telur dan gula ye, smpai gula hancur, xperlu smpai telur kembang. (For me, i use the amazing blender! Yup! It's so convenient for someone like me!)
3. Masukkan susu cair dan air. Pukul lagi.
4. Masukkan tepung kastard & esen vanila ye. Secukup rasa.
5. Tuangkan adunan tadi ke dalam loyang berisi karamel.
6. Kukus selama 45 minit. (Not so sure kalau kaedah double boiler in oven how long..)
7. Serve when ready! (Flip over carefully ye..) 

Walla! it is so simple. Gerenti puas ati!

p/s: Don't over cooked the caramel, nanti pahit la plak. And u can use butter to make the caramel tastier.
